Job Summary
Four Marketing Group was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution. Four Marketing Inc, is a subsidiary of Four Marketing Group, operating out of New York, USA.
We are currently recruiting for a paid fixed term Showroom Assistant to join the Wholesale Sales team in our New York showroom on a fixed term, part-time basis for the next 4 weeks.
The successful Showroom Assistant will manage all sales related administrative duties and samples, supporting the rest of the wholesale sales team.
As an Showroom Assistant, you will:
- Be available immediately and willing to work at least 4 days a week between 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM (roughly 28 – 32 hours a week, depending on your flexibility)
- Be highly organized and willing to get involved in any manual tasks
- Have a warm, personable approach to clients and team members
- Have an interest generally in fashion, visual merchandising, sales or fashion PR
- Ideally have some form of visual merchandising or sales floor experience previously
- Be responsible for managing all sample traffic, creating notes during appointments feedback to the brands, manage databases, assist during all market appointments where required
