Give online support to all our clients, with focus on AMAZON customers (mainly Europe and USA ), clearing doubts, answering inquiries and complaints in a fast, friendly and effective
Responsibilities
Advise customer on inquiries, complaints and comments made by the various online sites, especially AMAZON, answering each in a period not exceeding one hour
Providing a service that is highlighted by the warmth of treatment, customer care and fast and effective solutions to emerging situations
To know in detail the Sentey products sold through the site AMAZON and stock thereof, to support customers on specific queries
Have the ability to search for information on purchase orders from Sentey and technical details of the products compared with nonspecific customer inquiries late optimize response times without the need to cross-examine the client that made the query
Requirements
Students and/or graduates for careers in communication, PR, MKT
Minimum Experience 2 years in similar position
Advanced – level English (written) and knowledge of idioms of American culture
